Area Served
Heffner Plumbing serves the greater Indianapolis area.
What Sets Us Apart
Personal commitment to the highest standards of quality workmanship and seeing that the customer's needs are professionally addressed are the number one priority.
A larger company does not necessarily mean that you will get better service when it comes to serving customers and taking care of their plumbing needs. Customers receive personal attention from their first phone call through the completion of the job and beyond.
Heffner Plumbing has used a computerized mobile office (lap top with a portable printer) since opening for business. That changed in 2010 with the purchase of an Apple iPad. Invoices full of complete detail can be generated in real time and then e-mailed to the customer after payment has been received. For those customers that do not have e-mail, invoices can be sent out by conventional mail. The iPad has created a green solution by going "paperless" and eliminates the need for a portable printer and a countless number of ink cartridges throughout the year.
Service Policy
The job is not complete until the customer is delighted with the work that has been done.
There is a 1 year unconditional warranty on all work.
Payment is expected upon completion of the job and can be made by check, credit card or cash.
